All of us at I-92 WLWI love our pets, and know so many loving dogs and cats at the Humane Society of Elmore County would love to have their forever home with a loving family. That’s why we’re stepping up to create awareness with the Pet of the Week campaign.
Here’s our latest Pet of the Week! The shelter shares, “Grasshopper is a male Lab type mix, 6 1/2-months-old about 40 lbs. He was found as a discarded pup originally and brought to us. Grasshopper is a bit shy at first, but is very sweet, loving and looking for a family to call his own.”
The adoption fees are $100 for dogs and $50 for cats under one-year-old; cats over one-year-old can be adopted by approved adopters for a fee of their choosing. This adoption fee completely covers the mandatory spay or neuter, basic immunizations, de-worming, microchip, heartworm check for dogs, rabies vaccination if old enough, free health exam with your participating veterinarian.
