All of us at I-92 WLWI love our pets, and know so many loving dogs and cats at the Humane Society of Elmore County would love to have their forever home with a loving family. That’s why we’re stepping up to create awareness with the Pet of the Week campaign.
Here’s our latest Pet of the Week! The shelter shares, “Bunny is a female, 3 1/2 yrs old, 40 lbs so not a big gal. She was surrendered with three other dogs. Bunny is very friendly once she settled in and we were told is good with other dogs and cats. She is playful and affectionate – perfect size!”
The adoption fees are $100 for dogs and $50 for cats under one-year-old; cats over one-year-old can be adopted by approved adopters for a fee of their choosing. This adoption fee completely covers the mandatory spay or neuter, basic immunizations, de-worming, microchip, heartworm check for dogs, rabies vaccination if old enough, free health exam with your participating veterinarian.
