Another River Region October tradition is set to return on Saturday, October 22nd when the 2022 Saints and Sinners Race gets underway! Runners and walkers are welcome to chose from various distances, from the 10K to 5K, or even the shorter Fun Run, a popular pick for children. Plus, you’re invited to take the fun to another level by wearing a costume! Hey, you could win a prize, too! At the very least, you’ll have interesting photos to share on Facebook, haha!

Everyone who participated last year really enjoyed the course having a start/finish at Holy Spirit Catholic Church on Vaughn Road in Montgomery. Both the 10K and 5K courses take you through the beautiful Wynlakes area! Sure, there will be water stations along the course and at the finish line. It all gets going with a race time set for 8AM (on Oct. 22).

Each participant signed up by October 14th will be guaranteed a short sleeve race shirt. Also, there will be awards for the top finishers in the 10K and 5K races, overall, and in each age group.

This event is hosted by Knights of Columbus Council 12150 with proceeds to provide support for people in need through our area with Catholic Social Services.
