All of us at I-92 WLWI love our pets, and know so many loving dogs and cats at the Humane Society of Elmore County would love to have their forever home with a loving family. That’s why we’re stepping up to create awareness with the Pet of the Week campaign.

Here’s our latest Pet of the Week! The shelter shares, “Bennie is a five-year-old female maybe Husky/Lab mix, 55-60 lbs. This sweet, smiling lady was sadly turned in five-days after they got her because of shedding.  She loves giving and getting attention and loves for her human to talk to her. We are told she is not good with cats but she is great with a much smaller dog she is kenneled with and also crate and leash trained.”
